Terms of Service

By purchasing any product, rank, package, virtual item, currency, subscription, or service from our Store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

  1. All purchases are voluntary.
  2. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the selected payment method.
  3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
  4. Continued use of the Store or Server after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirements

  1. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian who authorizes the purchase and agrees to these Terms of Service on your behalf.
  2. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for monitoring and authorizing purchases made by minors using their payment methods, devices, or accounts.
  3. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the selected payment method.
  4. If we reasonably believe that a purchase was made without the required authorization, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account and revoke any purchased benefits without compensation or refund.

3. Virtual Goods

  1. All products sold are virtual and intended solely for use on our Minecraft server.
  2. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash.
  3. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, remove, or discontinue any rank, item, perk, feature, or benefit at any time.
  4. Purchases grant a limited, revocable license to use virtual content and do not constitute ownership of any digital assets.

4. Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final.
  2. Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.
  3. Players who are banned, suspended, muted, blacklisted, restricted, or otherwise removed from the Server are not entitled to refunds.
  4. Violation of server rules does not create any right to compensation or reimbursement.
  5. Server shutdowns, resets, map wipes, economy resets, feature removals, gameplay changes, balancing updates, ownership changes, or service modifications do not entitle players to refunds.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  1. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, unauthorized transaction claim, or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent suspension from the Server and Store.
  2. We reserve the right to revoke all purchased items, ranks, permissions, and benefits associated with disputed transactions.
  3. Accounts involved in fraudulent payment activity may be permanently banned.
  4. We reserve the right to submit transaction records, account information, connection logs, chat logs, and other relevant evidence to payment processors to contest fraudulent or invalid disputes.

6. Server Rules and Enforcement

  1. All players must follow the Server Rules.
  2. Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Server, Store, Discord, website, or related services at any time and for any reason.
  4. Disciplinary action may be taken without warning.
  5. Purchased products may be revoked as part of disciplinary action without compensation.

7. Account Responsibility

  1. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Minecraft account.
  2. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts, password sharing, malware, phishing, social engineering, or unauthorized access.
  3. Purchases made through compromised accounts are not automatically eligible for refunds.

8. Service Availability

  1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Server, Store, website, or related services.
  2. Downtime, maintenance, bugs, exploits, hardware failures, software issues, network interruptions, data corruption, and data loss may occur.
  3. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, outages, rollbacks, resets, or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Server owners, administrators, developers, moderators, staff members, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  2. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Server or Store shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Fraud and Abuse

  1. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  2. Fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, exploitation of bugs, abuse of promotions, attempts to circumvent server systems, or attempts to obtain unauthorized benefits may result in immediate account termination.
  3. Benefits obtained through abuse may be removed without notice.

11. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  1. All server content, branding, logos, artwork, configurations, custom assets, plugins, code, and related materials remain the property of the Server and its owners unless otherwise stated.
  2. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used without written permission.

12. No Warranty

All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Mojang and Microsoft Disclaimer

This Server is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

14. Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate any account, purchase, benefit, or access to services at our sole discretion.
  2. Termination of access does not entitle the user to a refund unless required by applicable law.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase from our Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
